Sunday, April 3, 2016 – Jason Aldean won the biggest honor at the 51st Annual Academy of Country Music awards show on Sunday, Entertainer of the Year.Chris Stapleton won the most individual honors with six awards including Album of the Year for “Traveller” (as artist and producer), Best Male Vocalist, Best New Male Vocalist and Song of the Year for “Nobody to Blame” (as artist and writer). For album honor, producer Dave Cobb and the label Mercury also received the honor. For Song of the Year, Stapleton, Barry Bales and Ronnie Bowman shared the award as songwriters, House of Sea Gayle Music (ASCAP), WB Music Corp (ASCAP), Quackhead Music (BMI) and RayLynn Publishing (BMI) as publishers. Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town won two honors apiece.

Single Record – “Die a Happy Man” – Thomas Rhett. Producers Dann Huff and Jesse Frasure and record label Valor also shared in the honor.

Song of the Year – “Nobody to Blame” – Chris Stapleton

Video of the Year – Eric Church – Mr. Misunderstood. Directors Reid Long and John Peets and producer Megan Smith also shared the award.

Vocal Event; “Smokin’ And Drinkin'” – Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town. Directors Frank Liddell, Chuck Ainlay and Glenn Worf took home the honor as well along with record label RCA Nashville.
